Neurodiversity affirming therapy

what is it?

Neurodiversity is a term used to describe the idea that all brains are unique in the way that they function, learn and process information. ‘Neurodiversity affirming’ means that all brains are viewed as valid and do not need to be changed for the individuals to live meaningful lives.
